Been to Costa Rica 4 times; going back again for Thanksgiving week. DO NOT go to the east coast. Go to the West Coast. Buy Frommer's Costa Rica 2004. Do what the book tells you to do! Great volcanoes, rain forest, good food, clean water, pretty beaches, monkeys.

During our recent stay in Brazil we made lots of digital photographs. I myself used the Leica M7, with mostly the 24/2.8 and 90/2 (APO/Asph). I tried to carefully match the colors on the screen to the originals, and Vuescan (www.hamrick.com) was a great help. Scanner: Nikon IV ED.
