I'm trying to put myself in CR for the mass hatching of the Ridley
turtles, which takes place on Ostional beach on the west coast. The
hatching occurs ~45 days after the "arrivada," the mass laying in
September or October.

In from December to February I will be in Machu Pichu, Torres del
Paine and Ushuaia, and I would like to know what gear to bring (that
is to say how cold exactly will it be?) Will a warm sweater and
something to block the wind do, or do I need to bring a coat as well?
