Over the years I've traveled in Mexico I've found that some of my
favorite places are getting too smoggy. Morelia is one of my favorite
destinations, but last Feb the air was brown all thru the mountains.
I'm planning my first trip to Oaxaca next fall, but if it is as smoggy
