My son, (20, will be a senior at university),
is off to spend the fall semester at UNAM in San Cristobal, Chiapas. I'm
trying to recall the appropriate busline , etc for him to take from Mexico

A friend who is a hotel owner in la Paz where I wanted to make a reservation
told me that access to la Paz is very difficult, protest marches everywhere
etc. and they don't recommend to travel there at all this year??!!

do you use the formal senhor/senhora, or is it acceptable to use voce?
How do Brazilians handle this everyday social situation?
