Hello everybody.. Next October I will be in Puno, Peru and I plan to go Lima by bus. I would like to stop in Arequipa, Nazca (to see the lines), Pisco (to see the wildlife reserve) and then arrive in Lima.

We plan to rent a van in Mexico City for 2 weeks and tour around Oaxaca with 2 children. After checking prices via Travelocity it seems that Thrifty's price for the whole period is $1,247 and Hertz is $1,695 (full insurance and loss damage waiver included for the whole period).

Do I really need vaccination for yellow fever and malaria when going to Peru next October? I plan to visit: Lima, Cusco, Macchu Picchu, Puno, Arequipa, Ica, Nazca, Pisco and Iquitos. I am not positive I am going to Iquito.
