Question for those who might know. If one has an entrnace and exit stamp in their passport from chile (both obtained while on a cruise) will they be required to pay the $100 at the airport? In other words is there a separate stamp to show payment of the fee or is it assumed given ...

My friends and I are planning on hiking the Inca Trail. We are in okay shape (mid 30s and relatively active). However, one of us has a medical condition which does not allow her to take concentrated oxygen (i.e. no oxygen tanks). I read that buses in Peru carry oxygen tanks
