After the suggestion I had, I'm trying to arrange my trip in Guatemala.
I'd like to go from Tikal(after the visit of the ruins in the early
morning) to Lanquin and sleep there.

I am a college student in a Capstone class based on Leisure activities.

We were considering going to the Riviera Maya for vacation, but were
concerned about Mexico being too dangerous.  After reading the
Consular Information sheet for Mexico, it said some really scary
things.  It would seem that you can't even trust the police in Mexico.

Three of us heading to Cuautla (near Cuernavaca) wondering if a taxi to the
bus terminal and then to Cuautla would be about the same price as a cab from

Traveling to Columbia this summer for school - what should I not miss?
What is the likelihood that I can keep in touch with my family via Internet
(via VoIP), cell phone, etc. Just wondering since it is often difficult to
find internet access, cell phone towers, etc. here.
