Oaxaca disruption?30 Jun 2006 18:01 GMT2
My wife and adult children are flying to Oaxaca on July 5th for a week
long stay.  I understand that the teachers have camped out in the
Zocalo, but can you tell me whether there is any disruption on the
shopping streets to the north of the square, or in other parts of the city?
Benito Juarez, Oaxaca, Mexico29 Jun 2006 19:11 GMT1
I just returned from Oaxaca. Was disappointed that the annual (I am
told) teacher strike had completely shut down the zocalo in Oaxaca.
Also discovered the Hotel Senorial is closed up permanently. But
discovered a new treasure in the state of Oaxaca.

Bolivia suggestions?21 Jun 2006 06:22 GMT2
I'm going to Bolivia soon. Any recommendations for interesting things
to do in La Paz, Sucre, Potosi or Uyuni? My main interests are culture,
art, ecology, and food. I'd also be interested in any suggestions that
might be especially appealing to a photographer; I know the salt flats

Oaxaca Hotel--Need help fast!13 Jun 2006 02:09 GMT2

place?
Found a good Mexico website12 Jun 2006 23:00 GMT1
I came across this website while doing a search for entry requirements
into Mexico. I'm going there on vacation in a couple of weeks and found
it to be helpful. Now I won't feel like a dork when I go!   I like the
format as well as the pics they provide on the information sections.
