Chachapoyas (Kuelap) Peru28 Apr 2007 08:14 GMT6
I am planning to visit Kuelap this month or May (2007). I know it is
nearing the end of the rainy season, so would it be better to wait
until May? (If that makes any difference.) I am taking an omnibus from
Lima to Chiclayo, but I am not sure about the rest of the way. People
Travel advice for Costa Rica24 Apr 2007 03:18 GMT5
I'll be in Costa Rica for only a week and would like to visit Arenal,
Monteverde, and the Guanacaste coast.  The shuttles that I've found
advertised online seem pretty expensive.  Considering I'll be doing
all this traveling in such a short period of time, I wonder if it will
Travelling in Peru22 Apr 2007 22:14 GMT7
Hi, I'm trying to plan a 3/4 week trip to Perù for June and was wondering
something. What we'd like to do is to rent a car or 4W and travel by
ourselves (just 2 of us). We can't stand guided tours that organize
everything for you, force you to see what they want, eat when and ...

Just over the border with Bolivia there is a magnificent aera that I'd like

We plan to rent a car in Cancun and drive to Merida, visiting several
places, including Chichen Itza, along the way. We plan to spend about
5 days traveling, staying in small town sleeping in haciendas.
My question is is it generally safe over there? What we should be

RTW Itinerary11 Apr 2007 22:46 GMT3
I am planning the last leg of my RTW trip and I have the choice to go
either to the North or South of Latin America.
Its a tough call. North you have the Inca Trail, south you have Ice
and Penguins.

Yucatan Driving Question09 Apr 2007 15:41 GMT3
I am taking the family to the Yucatan later this year, and I will be picking
up a car upon arrival in Cancun.  My question concerns the drive from Cancun
to Merida, with an overnight stop in the Chichen Itza area.
I see from the map that there's a choice of the old Rte 180, and ...

Are there buses direct from the airport in Mexico City to Oaxaca?
Does the bus terminal in the airport have a name? So I can try to look
up schedules on line.
We're thinking of going to Oaxaca next week for a week, 4/7-4/14.
