The need for recognition of human/dog marriages08 Mar 2004 00:13 GMT588
With all the flap recently about the recognition of gay sex marriages,
something hit me.  Why doesn't society allow and then recognize human/dog
marriages?  It would make a lot more sense.
The reasons to support this idea are present in the "Reasons dogs are better

IR Thermometer08 Mar 2004 00:01 GMT19
The wife went to Warner Robins today, so I gave her a honeyget list, and
I'm now the proud possessor of a Radio Shack IR Thermometer
(no-contact). After playing with it for a few hours, I'm satisfied with
it, and think that reports of its gross inaccuracies may be incorrect.
LAT/LON from GPS for SAT TV?08 Mar 2004 00:01 GMT11
Just a quick question about pointing sat dishes.  I know most receiver
can give you sat elevation, azimuth, and skew based upon zip code, but
does anyone know an equation that would give me those numbers based
upon my GPS lat/lon?  Sounds silly, but we boondock a lot and
Prefect Jail for Martha Stewart07 Mar 2004 23:59 GMT61
Found the perfect jail or Martha Stewart.  It's the Benton County Jail in
Benton, AR. (www.co.benton.ar.us/Sheriff/Inmate.htm) This jail bills itself
as the ONLY totally no frills jail in the nation.  Some of the benefits for
the inmates are: NO, TV, Radios, Cigarettes, Deodorant, ...

Will high gas prices lower the resale of Class C RV's?07 Mar 2004 22:43 GMT17
I am in the market for a Class C RV that at least gets 10 mpg made in the
1980's or early 90's. And I was wondering if you think the high price of gas
will effect resale value motivating sellers to sell at even lower prices
because more and more people will be discouraged from ...
Checking Cable Prices - Contingency Plan07 Mar 2004 22:31 GMT3
I am already checking with my local cable provider - Charter - to switch if
Echostar lose channels.
I don't care who is right or wrong in this dispute.  I just want the
service.   If we lose the Viacon Channels- I am out after many years with

Get to your WalMart as fast as you can and stock up on Martha Stewart brand
name products.  Should be cheap, and no replacement goods on the horizon.

How long can I park it in the backyard?07 Mar 2004 21:22 GMT80
I live in the city of Los Angeles. But I have a big back yard. Can
anyone tell me what the zoning/local ordinances are in town, can I park
my trailer in the back yard or is some building inspector gonna tell me
to move it out? I think my house/lot is zoned "R-1."

Fishing tips on the Salton Sea07 Mar 2004 19:35 GMT22
I'm thinking of running up to the Salton Sea this year after we leave
Yuma.  Anyone have experience with the fishing up there?  Best
campgrounds for handy fishing?  Lures/bait?  I left the boat back in MN
this year so I'll either need a rental or pier fishing spots.
