Eco-save, a problem?09 Aug 2004 17:33 GMT5
I use a Honda EU3000i about every other day to charge up my batteries
in the trailer.  I always use the eco-save feature, which runs up the
output according to load.  I notice the lights getting brighter and
lower as it switches in an out, and the other day one of those lights

My neighbor, the one with the "new" 21' foot cuddy cabin,
has gone fishing with a guy who has a Jeep Liberty. I
watched them hooking the boat up to the butt of the Jeep and
fought the urge to go over and ask him whatinhellwashedoin.
Getting ready for the road09 Aug 2004 15:21 GMT12
Working at getting the house empty and the MH full. Spent part of yesterday
down at CW (didn't bring the MH Mickey), where we bought a new Fantastic Fan
for the galley area and a Surge Guard hard wired surge protector. Hope to
get both installed today.

Duo-Therm AC shakes the house09 Aug 2004 05:01 GMT3
I was out in the rv today and turned on the AC.  There was a noticable shake
in the unit.  I took off the inside housing and watched the squirrel cage
fan.  It was running true and moved easily by hand when cut off.  I went up
top and removed the cover.  I could see the fan shaking  ...
12-Volt Accessories Don't Work09 Aug 2004 04:22 GMT8
On our way back from Myrtle Beach this weekend we noticed that none of the
interior lights, the water pump, our TV that plugs into a 12-volt socket, or
even the refrigerator (which runs off LP gas) was working while we were on
the road.  We couldn't even get the generator started.  ...

I have a model year 2000 Chevy chassis Tioga Arrow 23B. This Friday on
the highway and I noticed that the speedometer was very jerky. It was
obvious that it wasn't working correctly as there was a delay between
speeding up or slowing down and it registering on the speedometer. The

After leaving the Olympic peninsula, we're planning to camp on the Oregon
coast and would appreciate info, particularly about camping at Fort Stevens
in mid-September. Any favorite loops, sites, nearby restaurants, sights,
etc.?
I survived Hurricane Alex08 Aug 2004 13:40 GMT7
Monday I decided to make a quick trip down to Cape Hatteras to secure our

I've been trying to unlock one of our '92 Winnebago's outside
compartments and, although it starts to turn, it's won't turn all the

Silicon spray and lots of graphite).  I'm getting frustrated and don't
