Hello out there,
We are planning to fly to the New England states the  middle
of September and rent a van and look for the fall colors. The
motor home will stay at home because of the gas prices.

We have been actively looking for our 5th wheel.  Interestingly, when we
began (as greenhorns) we actually wanted to buy the first one we saw!
However, reason and excellent advice from folks in this newsgroup kept us
from that mistake.

Does anyone have any first hand knowledge concering towing a trailer
with dual propane tanks through tunnels?

Hello everyone.  My wife are considering purchasing a travel trailer in the
near future.  As a result, I have been pounding the internet gathering
information.
I do have a question I would like to throw out and get some expert advice.

Have a TT with both the grey and black tanks venting through the roof.
The cover on one of the pipes was knocked off, blew away ? ? ? ?
Only thing listed on the remaining cover is DV 2049. Any ideas who
the mfg might be or where a good place to look might be ? ?

In several units we've seen, the wall covering had deteriorated, especially
around windows.  I am not sure how to describe it but it was wrinkled and
pulled back in some places.  (Not due to water leaks)
I think the covering is some sort of vinyl 'mac-tack' like stuff.

We are looking to down size from a 30 foot gas guzzling motorhome.
Something towable in the 6000 to 8000 LB range.
We haven't looked at new RVs in years so we need some help.
Who makes the aluminum framed light weights? (No RV dealer within 75 miles

I am looking for cheaper MH Insurance on my 40'
Rexhall.  They have raised the rates 3 fold  where I am at and would
like to know which states have cheaper rates??  Thanks   :(

I'm beginning to think that when someone opens the conversation with that
