Florida and Frances14 Sep 2004 03:50 GMT69
Well so far so good.  Or I should say at least for those in NE Florida.
Heavy rains, high winds and needless to say lots of damage.  Trees down,
electricity out, motor home supplying our electricity to keep food safe
and our entertainment and information.
Buying an used RV - some questions14 Sep 2004 03:19 GMT2
I am very new to the whole RV world and am seriously thinking of
buying a class B. I just viewed a '97 Roadtrek that I am very
interested in. One thing that struck me was that the hot water comes
out with a very strong smell of rotten stuff. The owner claims that

Onan Generator starting problem14 Sep 2004 03:05 GMT2
I have a 2.2kw Onan Generator in my Roadtrek MH. When I try to start it, it
takes about 2 min to get it going. I push the start button for about 15 sec
at a clip and it takes 4-6 tries before it will fire. Once going it runs ok,
but wont take the air conditioner load until it ...
There was eBay then there was.....14 Sep 2004 01:57 GMT4
I was in need to some work done that I didn't feel like doing myself and
a friend mentioned "CraigsList". He said it was like eBay except it's
free. They also list jobs and such..  So, what the heck, I figured I'd
list that I needed some general gardening done. Within 10 minutes ...

People have been contacted by US mail and by phone urging them to come to a
SA2005 -Tulsa to Springdale13 Sep 2004 23:13 GMT5
Received my new SA2005 today and I am generally disappointed.  Lot's of
POI's still on the wrong side of the street and general set-up issues.  The
program was not routing, just drawing straight lines between start and
finish. Delorme site had several workarounds, but I finally ...
My decision on a full time RV13 Sep 2004 22:48 GMT1
These are a few random thoughts of mine that may help some of those who are
making similar types of decisions. I left out the specifics, as these are
just thought processes that I used.

anybody removed xm swivel base?13 Sep 2004 14:50 GMT3
I have a fun project I need to get too pretty soon.  The swivel base
broke on the xm car kit in the truck.  The problem is that it is stuck
to the dash pretty good.  It came with some sort of sticky tape on the
bottom and I can't pry the thing loose.  My first thought is to get a
