Faith-Based Parks:  Grand Canyon Created in Noah's Flood31 Oct 2004 22:28 GMT193
Wow ... I had never considered that the Grand Canyon was formed in Noah's
flood.  Of course, I'm neither a religious zealot nor a moron.  Might be
time to jump back in the RV, head to the Canyon, and consider the
implications of the decisions of the Bush administration on this ...
Memphis Campground?31 Oct 2004 21:26 GMT9
Headed to south Texas in December. Figured Memphis would be a good place to
stop for a few days or a week to break the trip. Never been there so I don't
know any campgrounds. I've looked online. Anybody care to give a personal
recommendation?

Carl A and I must be idiots30 Oct 2004 23:58 GMT40
...at least in the opinions of several posters here.
I've been living 2 miles north of Princeton NJ for all of my 47 years.
I've never been robbed, though I agree it COULD happen.  The key in my
Suburban broke off inside the ignition switch in 1999.  Only thing
A day delayed.30 Oct 2004 22:16 GMT18
Well here we are at Davis Cabinets. We stopped at CW this AM and it turns
out that our Sat Dish is not the kind that the wind kit will work on, so
they tightened the gears and we'll see if that works. If not I'm gonna break
down and buy a new dish.
thanks to all 30 Oct 2004 20:59 GMT9
Just wanted to thank you all for the advice regarding my elderly
relatives' trip in an RV.  A few weeks ago I asked how to
rent an RV and from whom, how to deal
with oxygen, etc.  They have just returned from a two week trip

Hey, did you get the stress cracking problem on your rig solved?
Be aware that there is a major problem with a lot of the rigs "thermal
cracking" in the dark areas of the rig. Well known problem but Monaco seems
to be the only maker fixing the problem.

Trip south road info thru Virginia30 Oct 2004 01:45 GMT13
We're taking a slightly different route south this year. We
usually do the I-81 south to 66 to 17 to 95. I hate that
stretch from 17/95 to 295 around Richmond and we're going to
take 15 to 522 to 64 to 295 around Richmond. My question is,
