Sanitize fresh water tanks12 Nov 2004 14:40 GMT27
We've had the MH for almost a year now and lived in it for all except
about 7 weeks fulltime, having covered 48 states and 24000 miles.
That means we filled up with water at lots of different places.  I can
imagine that at least one of those may not have had water that was
Hot Springs and Alligtors12 Nov 2004 03:21 GMT3
We've been here in Hagerman Valley, ID for three days now. Hagerman Valley
is a quiet, interesting place. It's not unfamiliar to me as I grew up just a
few miles from here in Twin Falls, ID, and spent a fair amount of time in
the area hunting, fishing and swimming in my much ...

http://www.rvtravel.com/rvtravel/results.aspx?start=30
You might remember back when the discussion was on tire pressure,
I made a statement about people did not normally weigh their rigs.
Many of you disagreed, indicating that every body did in fact weigh

Atwood Furnace Won't Stay Lit11 Nov 2004 21:58 GMT18
Hi.  I have an Atwood Excalibur 8500 III hydro flame furnace.  It comes on
and the burner ignites but it won't stay lit.  It "attempts" to light the
burner several times even though it is actually lit and then it just shuts
down the gas (propane) and the blower continues to run ...
Gasket Replacement for Camper Furnace?11 Nov 2004 21:52 GMT4
I have an old Dolphin camper (1976).  The furnace has an access plate in the
front, very close to the burner.  My problem is that it leaks because the
old gasket fell apart when I cleaned the burner and pilot.  The first place
I looked for a new one was an RV store and they ...
Ghostly microwave11 Nov 2004 20:20 GMT9
Twice in the past week our Sharp microwave exhaust vent started up by
itself, not while the unit was in use. Tapping the appropriate control
switch had no effect whatsoever, it could not be turned off in the
normal manner.
Charge Wizard11 Nov 2004 18:25 GMT3
About two months ago I reported that my converter, the intellipower
9130, had blown a fuse and allowed my batteries to get dangerously low
despite being plugged in.  At that time my Charge Wizard no longer
showed any signs of life.
HYMER - Mercedes Benz Class "A"11 Nov 2004 18:20 GMT4
Saw a neat Class "A" yesterday. The grill plate said HYMER ( or maybe
HYMEX - hard to tell - very stylized grill) with a factory Mercedes
emblem on the nose. Looks to be an older init but very well
maintained. Just by pacing it off it's abot a 30' rig, maybe a bit
Hot Water Heaters11 Nov 2004 17:06 GMT13
The other day I decided to winterize my water system. Drained all
the pressure and Low water drains. Pulled the drain plug out of the
hot water heater to drain it. The Anode rod was deteriorated so
badly it was corroded almost all the way through. Now I know this is
Re: OT - A little humor11 Nov 2004 07:35 GMT2
Jenny, Jenny, JENNY! I thought RAM^3's collections of excerpts were
hilarious and then here you come along and inject your interpretation of
what the magnates were really saying. You wouldn't happen to be working for
ABC, NBC or CBS would you?
PING Hunter11 Nov 2004 03:42 GMT1
Hi Hunter
I think it was you that said you picked up the WiFi  PCTEL for $20,
well I followed up and got one for my self also on e-bay.

Big Foot Jack Instrument panel11 Nov 2004 03:18 GMT7
Here is a question, either I never noticed it before because of the
drivers seat but the instrument panel for the Big Foot Jacks by Quadra
will periodically flash their lights like strobes, is this normal?  No
problems with the jacks just the light going from one to the next.  ...
Will someone teach Graphic Queen how to read?11 Nov 2004 02:24 GMT6
He/she knows how to write, but apparently has never read a
newspaper or watched even a CBS newscast.  He/she doesn't
even know how to spell his/her name to sign the postings.
Won't someone have pity?
