OT_TV Zapper02 Jan 2005 22:18 GMT44
Someone mentioned seeing a report for a keychain universal remote that will
shut OFF just about any tv, anywhere. Sounded to me like a great tool to
have, especially when you've had enough of them rapper thugs or Jessica
Simpleton, while trying to converse with friends at the ...
Roof Leak02 Jan 2005 05:02 GMT6
Well, we thought the caulk was in good shape, but we've had a torrential
downpour and we've had a roof leak.  Turns out water was pooled against
the roof cap seam of our beautiful 95 Seabreeze.  We've "emergency
caulked" it, and tilted the RV with the levellers so there's no more ...

Hello All,
Have a Onan problem and hoping the experts here can help me out.
I have an Onan 4KYFA26100E  ( 4000 Microlite) in a 1996 Adventurer.
At the start of the 04 season I tried to start it up (ran fine before
Water heater question02 Jan 2005 01:47 GMT3
My BIL has a 96-Bounder with an Attwood water heater.
It works when he turns it on---- (it ignites and brings the water in
the tank to temperature before shutting off.
However, later in the day they find that the water heater has not kept

I may be a Liberal when I get home.01 Jan 2005 21:12 GMT67
I had just finished reading the newsgroup this morning at about 7:00 AM, when
my eyes had an electrical attack, complete with colored lightening bolts,
swimming heat waves, and really blurred vision. It was so bad I couldn't make
out any words in the e-mail I was composing.
A year of changes01 Jan 2005 15:43 GMT1
It's been an interesting year to say the least.
One year ago today (12/31) we had just pulled into Ajo, AZ for a month stay.
We were parked next to LZ and his lovely wife who we had just met, and to
this day are thankful for that meeting.

Reflections on a Christmas drive01 Jan 2005 08:28 GMT1
This year, instead of accepting another invitation to a Christmas
dinner, or planning a day at home, we decided to use the free day at
Christmas for a day trip around the area.
Like so many areas, traffic in South Florida has become dense enough
Cost of Diesel in South FL01 Jan 2005 07:30 GMT26
We were in Melbourne, FL today when we needed to fill up the MH with
Diesel.  We found a place selling it for $2.17 that we could get into
and out of.  The lowest we saw was $2.15 and highest $2.29.
Regular Gasoline is around $1.83.
Driving Distractions01 Jan 2005 06:37 GMT33
Unexpected! No. 1 Driving Distraction
It's not newfangled cell phones that cause us to become so distracted while
driving that we have a crash. Rather, it's old-fashioned rubbernecking that is
our top driving distraction. Cell phones aren't even in the top five.
