Finally it's getting warm16 Jan 2005 15:24 GMT23
I just checked Dish instant weather, and for the first time since we got
west, we are supposed to have better weather for the next 5 days than
they are having in Bartow, FL. LOTS better. Maybe I'll stop plotting a
move east. <g>

Whenever anyone dares question the motives of the rabid right wing,
their legions of supporters rise up and offer the same, tired excuses
on why their brand of bigotry, fear and regressive thinking is right
Spare tire or not16 Jan 2005 03:37 GMT21
For my '91 Southwind class A (Ford Chassis) I have a spare tire/wheel.
Logically, everyone should.  Or not?  I'll never change the thing myself.
It's heavy and takes up lots of storage space.  In all my years of
motorhoming (20+) I've never needed the spare.  I'll call ERS in the ...

YOU WANT TO OBTAIN MANY DOLLARS ?
I've been trying to figure out the way to make extra money in the
internet, checking news groups and ads.  It's not easy but I try to
keep an open mind to opportunities.  In these websites you would find

Gary, your prank call didn't work16 Jan 2005 00:13 GMT321
Hey! Idiot! My kids aren't as stupid as you are. All 5 of them have our
cell phone number, and would call us direct. If we didn't answer, they
would leave a message, then my phone would display the fact that I have
a message waiting.

Canadian snowbirds15 Jan 2005 21:57 GMT27
I am currently in Sun N Fun RV-Resort in Sarasota, FL.  After the
discussion we had the other day on the subject of Canadians and where
they were wintering I thought I would survey the park.  It appears to
me that around 30% of this park is Canadian---- predominently Ontario.
97 Itasca Spirit15 Jan 2005 21:57 GMT3
I just purchased a previously owned 97 Itasca Spirit and want to know
if anyone knows where I can get a replacement rear bed that has the
irregular shape.  Not rectangle but with a triangle cut out of one edge.
Spare or Not15 Jan 2005 17:18 GMT28
I have a 91 Class A Southwind, Ford Chassis.  I have a spare tire/wheel.
Everyone should, shouldn't they?  The spare is heavy, and takes space that I
covet for other uses.  I would probably never change the tire myself, but
would call ERS.  The spare is suited only for the front. ...
Conversion Van Owners?15 Jan 2005 14:47 GMT2
I'm writing a story for a New York daily paper about conversion vans.
Anybody out there have one that they can't get into their garage?  If
you're interested in being interviewed, please give me a shout.
Thanks.

Wireless on the road?  Truck stops? etc.15 Jan 2005 10:43 GMT41
We are leaving for a road trip for about two weeks, and I have a wireless
connection I use at home (laptop in kitchen while DH uses desktop) and when
working in hotels.  Does anyone use the wireless access in campgrounds, truck
stops, other places?  Any information would be ...

I have been out finishing up my septic system and recharging my
tractor battery. I had problems starting the tractor, due to
battery. I have cleaned it up and it appears to be a group 27 but
taller, it is called a Strong Box. Wonder how it would work in the
