How many people on this group are using travel trailers less than 25 feet in length? What is your general impression of staying in a short trailer? I am considering getting a trailer of only 21 or 22 feet length

My Atwood 6gallon hot water will not shut off when it reaches its set temperature. It keeps heating and blows steam out the vent valve. I have to manually turn off the gas heat. What is likely wrong and what should I think about replacing first?

MY A&E awning 8500 series from 1997 has fabric torn along the top edge where it goes into the top trim. I have to remove the top trim because the roof leaks . I want some advice ont he best way to handle this. Either remove the awning and then remove the trim OR unscrew the trim
