Compact Tire Compressor05 Mar 2005 17:32 GMT3
I'm looking for a "compact" compressor for my motorhome that will inflate my
Michelins (95/lbs.) in short-order. Should be capable of 2.5 - 3.0 SCFM @ 90
PSI. Any ideas/sources?
Thanks...Dan

Propane regulator05 Mar 2005 15:13 GMT13
On topic for a change.
A couple of weeks ago I noticed the propane manometer was quite low,
about 5.0 to 5.5 with no propane appliances being used.  The normal zone
on the gauge reads 5.5 to 7.0.  I think 6.25 is supposed to be perfect.
Advise wanted on Jacks for small Class C05 Mar 2005 13:58 GMT4
I recently underwent surgery fro a crushed spinal cord at C3. I am also
finding that I may never return to full use of my hands and arms.
I had some modifications made to our Class C with regard to the holding
tanks, which helps a lot.

Ajo, then Puerto Penasco05 Mar 2005 03:30 GMT14
We decided yesterday to leave Mesa, AZ, tomorrow, spend tomorrow night
in Ajo, then go to Rocky Point.
I am trying to decide whether to haul a full 100 gallon tank of Mesa
water to Ajo or to wait until we get there to fill up with water to take
something I've been thinking about, V-1005 Mar 2005 02:28 GMT9
A couple weeks ago I bought a 1998 Ford Club Wagon 15 pass. V-10.  It
has 73,000 miles on it.  The Ford dealer showed me the CarFax sheet
and it looks ok, no problems.  The last owner was a church so I assume
they carried church goers to events or whatever.

Got a snail mail today from XM saying they were going from 10 bucks to
13 bucks a month starting in April.  You can lock in the 10 bucks rate
by signing up for a year or more.

looking for dark colored trailer cover05 Mar 2005 01:46 GMT2
I`m looking for a darker brown trailer cover so the trailer blends in
with the woods more when it`s stored but all I can find for sale is
white or silver ones. Anyone know any sources besides an expensive
custom one?
PGLCO05 Mar 2005 00:21 GMT40

Death Valley in a Bulgemobile?05 Mar 2005 00:10 GMT6
When we leave Puerto Penasco, we want to go to Death Valley to see the
flowers. Does anybody have any recommendations for boondocking
locations, campgrounds, or RV parks in the park? We have a 40' MH.
Thanks.
5th Wheeler Report04 Mar 2005 22:51 GMT23
My 2002 Cougar 5th wheeler burnt up in January. The insurance paid off in
February and I went to several RV shows to scout the new models. We found
the Mountaineer 348RLS to be our next project, so I started shopping around.
Can we name names....Course we can, this is USENET ...
Calif US-1 info needed04 Mar 2005 22:45 GMT75
We are planning on spending the summer in California and are using
this time to research the area.
We know that one of the areas we want to visit is the stretch of US-1
between San Francisco and the Oregon border.  Along that 300 mile
I'm back and I'm broke04 Mar 2005 16:36 GMT3
Mexico was fun.  Walmart parking lot did not have a single RV in it.  The
local businesses took all my money, but only after I bartered the snot out
of them.  Customs said I tried to bring in too much so I had to ship the
rest.  I learned how to ask where the Bano is.  I learned ...
Calif Question: Ft Bragg & CA-2004 Mar 2005 05:05 GMT19
I see MANY campgrounds in & around Ft Bragg, Casper, Pine Grove,
Mendocino & Little River.  Does anyone have any "negative" thoughts on
CA-20 connecting US-101 & CA-1?
Several have indicated that CA-20 is a good route to traverse with the
