My 6.0 went goofy the other day.  F250, crewcab, short bed. Normally when I
pull anything or use it on
the highway it has awesome power.   But, after filling, it was really boggy

Last night Joyce was doing laundry here in the park.  The laundry is
open from 8AM to 8PM.  Around 7PM she returned to the motorhome mad as
a wet hen.  Someone had put clothes in the ONLY working dryer in the
building and just left them there.  The clothes in the dryer were only
6v. Battery Question11 Jun 2005 04:36 GMT10
I am going to put two 6v. batteries in to replace the current 12v.
batteries.
I have been quoted for 2200 amp hour batteries.  Is this the common size?
Is that a good size?  Should I get more A/H's?

Nadyne,
Are you in California? If so, how was the trip? The wedding? The dogs?

Ping Neon John re MAF sensor.10 Jun 2005 21:26 GMT16
How does a person such as myself test a MAF sensor? Mine was recently
replaced, and I seriously doubt there was anything wrong with the old
one. I have my old one - at least, I think I do. It could be someone
else's that was actually bad.
Recommendation for Quiet Generator10 Jun 2005 20:44 GMT19
I am considering purchasing a 3000W quiet generator to run an A/C and some
sensitive electrical equipment.   There seem to be several on the market
now.  What brands offer the best value?  Thanks in advance for any help you
can give.
Used Trailer Tires10 Jun 2005 20:38 GMT3
Is there a market for used trailer tires?  I am upgrading my 6 ply Nankang
205/75 R14 tires with 8 ply tires and would like to sell the 6 ply tires
that are 17 months old and have about 10,000 miles on them.
Deep Throat Comes Forward10 Jun 2005 20:05 GMT241
"NEW YORK - A former top official at the
FBI reportedly admitted he was "Deep Throat" — the unidentified source
used by two Washington Post reporters to help uncover the Watergate
scandal that led to President Richard Nixon's resignation.
Strange RV Insurance question.10 Jun 2005 15:27 GMT12
I have a back-up Motor Home that I'm going to park at a lake and it will not
be moved for several years. We will only use it in the summer.
I don't see that I need to pay  "Auto-RV Insurance" since it won't be on the
road at all.
Lon's computer melt down.10 Jun 2005 06:39 GMT63
Last night Lon was bragging that his computer crash problem had gone away.
About 1/2 hour ago there was a knock on the door and Lon was standing there
asking me to report his demise to the group. Well, not his real demise
(sorry GQ, Canoli, etc.).
