Carlsbad, NM Campgrounds07 Jun 2005 00:15 GMT9
Will be passing by Carlsbad, NM in about a month.  Expect to stop in
and see the caverns.  Any suggestions for campgrounds?  Any that
should be avoided?  Do you thinks reservations will be required?  If
so, is it already too late?

Last Friday, we found a piece of Norman Rockwell's America.
There was no trash on the roadways, no trailers. It is in a rural
farming area. We stopped at a small bakery. there was no one watching
the shop. The owner was aparently working a smal kitchen garden nearby.

Horrible Invention06 Jun 2005 02:00 GMT46
Just looked at some new 5th wheels.  While shopping was faced with what's
probably the most horrible invention for RVs in years.  Outside stereo with
huge speakers. A huge entertainment system so idiots can "share " their
music with the whole campground is the worst idea I have ...
