Battery Charger/Power Supply Acting up What do I need?12 Jul 2005 17:07 GMT9
I think the charger part of my power supply/battery charger is acting up.
When the unit was new (1999 Terry) the unit never worked and was replaced
under warranty.
The company that made these is no longer in business. (Todd Engineering.?)
Email 'Dialup' help needed 12 Jul 2005 13:41 GMT13
We've been spending a couple of months each year in the U.S southwest - have
done this 3 years running now and just love the area.  We live in Toronto,
Canada so the south-west is a long way from where we live.  To keep in touch
via email with people back home, I've used Internet ...
In Case of Emergency12 Jul 2005 06:52 GMT3
Not a bad idea and costs nothing to do:
"Following the disaster in London, The Ambulance Service have launched
a national "In Case of Emergency(ICE)" campaign with the support of
Falklands war hero Simon Weston.
Free standing RV covers12 Jul 2005 06:34 GMT4
Are there any good free standing RV covers available? The ones I have
seen have metal poles for the structure and either white or silver
material to create the shade. I don't like the idea of a cover actually
resting on the motorhome.

Newbie Questions12 Jul 2005 05:42 GMT2
I'm relocating from the Northeast to the Jacksonville Florida area, and
I'm planning on making an RV my new residence. I've always wanted to
get a motorhome or trailer, and this seems like a good time to do it.
Is anyone familiar with trailer parks in the Jacksonville area? Are
RV Trip to Redmond, Oregon12 Jul 2005 04:14 GMT8
We don't have reservations anywhere in the Klamath Falls area for 7/9
on our way north. We might have to dry camp.. any suggestions where we
could stay. Looks like all the hookups are already full between Redding
and Redmond. We do have reservations at Redmond starting on Monday..
Hot and windy travel.....11 Jul 2005 23:14 GMT7
Cranked up the anchor and hit the road at 0720 this morning.  Knew it
was going to get hot and windy later.
Stopped to dump and get a water fill and still arrived at the cabin at
0945.  While Esposa got a fire going to make hobo dinners, I set up
Where are the dogs?11 Jul 2005 22:11 GMT1
What happened to Bubba, Ehcorp, Tyrone, and JFR? Could they be the same
person? Did their trailer park get hit with the hurricane? Either way I miss
their unput.

Shocks11 Jul 2005 00:47 GMT1
I'm replacing the shocks on my Arctic Fox as one had bled to death and they
are all pretty well stoned (no paint and lots of little dents).  Does anyone
care to comment about a favorite brand/style (of shocks)or something to stay
away from (again, shocks)?
Direcway Sat. Wireless10 Jul 2005 23:09 GMT51
My neighbors and I live beyond cable or DSL broadband. Satellite is the only
option. Today, my neighbor got a dish setup from Direcway and invited me to
share the feed via/wifi. I tried using my Orinoco Card, but can't get a
strong signal/connection. Do I need a patch antenna? Or ...
$3.50 for propane a new high10 Jul 2005 21:13 GMT9
Recently I made some comments about the price of propane.  Today we
experienced a new high of $3.50 per-gallon.
Normally we would not have paid that much but these were not normal
circumstances.  We were in the state park campground on St George

I am planning to drive from Anchorage to Denali and then to Valdez via
the Denali Highway in the last week of August.
>From Valdez, I have an option to drive to Anchorage or take the ferry
to Whittier and then drive.
