try again soon, so any information about RV parking overnight
(Thursday, for Friday's flea market) would be appreciated.  We have not

The Motorhome Saga - Part I - Babtism by Fire19 Jul 2005 14:11 GMT11
The shop isn?t quite finished with the motorhome yet. They still have to
clean it inside and outside. They still have to install the Brake Buddy
breakaway thingies. We have taken it home for the weekend to shake it
down in the driveway as well as load some stuff into it. We will be

I have a 2003 F350 crew cab, short box, PSD 7.3 liter, green with tinted
windows, that I use as a daily driver as well as a tow vehicle for my 28
foot toy hauler 5th wheel trailer.  About 6 months ago I had some serious
vibration when I applied the brakes.  The vibration starts ...
Ping Bob Giddings18 Jul 2005 23:08 GMT11
Just thought that I would let you know how good you have it up
there.  Except for a couple of thundershowers that have cooled
things down a bit in the last couple of days, it has been over
100 degrees every day for the past two weeks.  A couple of

Please give me any recommendations of RV Resorts

NASCAR Camping: Lowes Motor Speedway18 Jul 2005 19:59 GMT2
Wondering if anybody has stayed at the Fleetwood RV campground attached to
Lowes, or at any NASCAR track for a race week-end.
Is it worth it, or should you drop your fifth wheel elsewhere and drive in
for the event?

Any advice or ideas on this.  Has any one got one and how do you like
it?

Canoe rack and 5th wheel18 Jul 2005 05:15 GMT4
I had asked some questions earlier about putting a canoe rack on my
truck that would be compatible with my 5th wheel.  I ended up copying
the front bumper rack that Bob Giddings was using, thanks Bob.  I made
the rack myself.
RV Beds18 Jul 2005 02:32 GMT36
There was some discussion a while back (Ok - quite a while back) about RV
beds. I remember Bob Giddings talking about having replaced his bed with
some foam purchased from an upholsterer and how happy he was with the
results. We recently replaced the queen sized mattress in our ...
