Monday, good friends of ours left the Chapter 6 rally at Centreville, MI, headed for Monroe, Michigan and serious surgery for Carole. A little History. These folks have been fighting the battle of their lives for the past 3 years. Carole had breast cancer, and completed

No, this isn't off topic folks. I just Googled back to '95-'96 in the rec.outdoor.rv-travel newsgroup. Didn't find any political crap. Did find many current posters and they all, including me and Will Sill, were civil. I'd like to

| International pickup | 11 Sep 2005 05:39 GMT | 5 |
I saw one of those ultra large International pickups about 15 minutes ago. Shouldn't have any trouble with just about any travel trailer or 5th wheel trailer with that truck.

| EU2000i Honda Test Run | 11 Sep 2005 03:46 GMT | 2 |
In one of the previous conversations about subject generators it was thought that if you had one of the new lower power requirement air conditioners, one gen set might be able to pull it. I indicated the next run time on my sets, I would test that theory. Sure enough, I

In years past I've stayed at Orangeland in Orange, CA when visiting Disneyland. With all the remodeling Disneyland has done in recent years, is there a better place?

| Buccaneer State Park Mississippin photos (note these are BIG files) after Katrina | 11 Sep 2005 01:35 GMT | 5 |
Buccaneer State Park sustained surprisingly little damage considering it was RIGHT on the beach. It appears the wave missed that section and the only damage is wind. (qualification views from on high are deceptive -- I'll post more when we have ground access into the area)

| slide-in pop-up campers & tailgates | 10 Sep 2005 23:09 GMT | 10 |
It seems that all of the regular cab pickups I see anymore, with a pop-up slide-in camper installed, are not able to have a "closable" tailgate. Who is to blame? The truck manufacturer, or the camper maker?

| Interesting Idea | 10 Sep 2005 14:11 GMT | 12 |
Hi Gang, Yesterday I went south on 71 past Bastrop TX. Somewhere along the way I noticed a campground and in it was something I haven't seen before. I'm not sure if it was a truck camper, like a Lance, or a Class C. I

| Sunseeker 2002 | 10 Sep 2005 13:44 GMT | 6 |
Hi. I am a newbie about to buy my first RV. I'm seriously looking at a used 2002 Sunseeker 31' Class C coach. Wonder what the thoughts are for any Sunseeker owners out there. Anything to REALLY watch for? It has only 7,500 miles on it.
