A week ago on Sunday I did something that I don't think I've done in a good 10 years. I drove all the way to Chattanooga on I-75 on cruise control!! I did the same thing last Sunday and again today. I was able to do that because the interstate has been practically abandoned.

| Houston cancelling Conventions | 02 Sep 2005 19:46 GMT | 2 |
Houston said they are canceling all Conventions for awhile so they can use the convention center for hurricane victims. Apparently the city told the country to "Come on and sue us" if they are upset over having their convention cancelled.

| Campground Owner's Woes | 02 Sep 2005 19:28 GMT | 19 |
I wouldn't want to be a campground owner right now. I called Knoebels Groves in PA to see if they had any cancellations so that we might get a site closer to the amusement park. To my surprise, they had almost any site for the taking. It's only Tuesday

Anyone who has read this newsgroup for any length of time knows Fleetwood does not have a reputation for building solid units. In the past I have defended Fleetwood as being a good value for the weekend camper and I have also talked about how we have enjoyed our 2001 Mallard
