| Vent fan not replaceable | 25 Sep 2005 01:36 GMT | 6 |
My vent fan motor died.. The whole unit is Philips_Ventline V2094. IT LOOKS like to get the motor out ..you have to drill out rivets...and then I am not sure I can get a replacement. I don't think the fan hub pulls off the shaft.

| My lots in Az. | 24 Sep 2005 23:21 GMT | 72 |
There have been some questions about my lots in Arizona. I've bought the domain name tdsrvresort.com (Tierra del Sol RV Resort), and built a page dedicated to the RV Park and the surrounding area. If you want to take a look at them, the link is:

| Re: Install wood laminate and place of carpet? (Hunter) | 24 Sep 2005 20:48 GMT | 7 |
Holiday Rambler does make units with slides without carpet. They have to be special ordered. I didn't ask about the wood laminate floors but as Ralph E. pointed out there's still the problem of the"floating floor"because they have to float according to the installation

Hope this link works... cgi.govliquidation.com/auction/view?id=62029&convertTo=USD&tid=GLSPPR1438 Not fast on the road, but really good, and tough, off road. Plus, burn diesel, gas, kero, or jet fuel, with the multi-fuel engine.

| SNOW, Snow, snow | 24 Sep 2005 18:58 GMT | 1 |
As we travel around I email a "group gram" to friends and family. I just sent this one out and thought some of you all might be interested. I'm opposed to snow at any time, but really draw the line at Sept.

| I think I caused a winterization problem | 24 Sep 2005 12:24 GMT | 19 |
Went from fifth wheel to a park model a few years back. It has a "house" type 110V electric water heater. When I've winterized it the last few years, I ran a little pink stuff into the water heater after it was fully drained, just for insurance. The heating element has

| FloJet Macerator | 24 Sep 2005 03:09 GMT | 9 |
Well, lemme try to get this place back on RV topic for a second or two. We're staying at a friends house for the month while my wife recovers from minor surgery, and we go to various yearly appointments. We are plugged into his house including a sewer hookup that comes out of

| Duramax vs Powerstrokie | 23 Sep 2005 23:52 GMT | 42 |
OK, I know this one's going to start a flame fest, but I'd like to hear from people who have actually used and driven both the Chevrolet Duramax/Allison and the Ford 6.0 Powerstroke/AT and can give real life comparisons on pulling power and durability. I may have a chance to buy ...

| Tank flushing systems | 23 Sep 2005 21:40 GMT | 7 |
What are the feelings between the "RV Quickie Flush," "No-Fuss Flush" and the "Tank Worm?" Which would work better with a standard water pump or do they all need city water pressure to work? Dan
