Here's the situation, and a question:
I've been thinking about replacing my rig with something smaller,
in preparation for a tour of the east coast.  
I've been cruising through central California, and find the State

We've got an RV with a Triad-Utrad model TU 730-2.  Does anybody have
any info on   the charging characteristics?  Particularly the tail-off
characteristics.  I think it's frying the battery.

I plan to tow my boat 800 mi in the next few months.  (CA-UT)  If I
set the equalizer bars and it's still sagging a little, can't I just
add more air to the air shocks and lift the rear of the tow vehicle?

Well, we're sitting here in Old Fort, NC at a PA park. Just outside of
Asheville, we have seen way fewer RVs on the road than previous years. Day
before yesterday, on I95 we saw 2 MHs all day and no trailers!

We got to Twiltly Branch campground today, just 75 miles north of the
Gulf. Unblievable damage here. Roofs stripped of shingles, trees torn up
by their roots. It's just plain shocking to think of the magnitude of
the damage done by Katrina. I'm amazed that, given the time now to

I made it back home on Sunday night.  I left bill and George Leroi
Tyrebyter on a mesa in the Needles overlook area of the Canyon Lands in
Utah.  I have no idea where they were headed, I don't think they knew
either.  

Opinions on both would be appreciated.  I'm leaning toward the
Equal-i-zer, just because I've seen how much my neighbor like it, but
don't know how it compares with the Dual Cam.

We're planning a trip to the Ouray Colorado area and would like some
suggestions on where to stay - preferably in a park/campground with full or
partial hookups.
This will be a base camp for local sightseeing and 4x4'ing.

Something to make the price of diesel higher in the state.
When their tax dollars decrease because no trucks will buy diesel in the
state unless they have to, they might re-think their idea.

I've been trying to sell my fifth wheel camper locally for over a month,

Scratch any plans of seeing Carolyn and I at Clerbrook this winter. I
just tried to reserve February 10-15. They honor NO memberships. Daily
rate is $31 per day. I've never paid that much, and will give up RVing
before I do.

Here are some pics of one of the FEMA trailers for the hurricane
victims if anyone wants to see what they ar5e getting from the
government. It is a friend of mine and he had the trailer put on his
property.

There are a couple of things to admire about a Class A motorhome.
One is the great bay window up front.  The other is the
economical way that the copilot's chair usually swivels around to
face the living room, and becomes part of your living area.
