What is the best RV campground directory?

I got my new Deluo GPS yesterday. Darn, it's small, 2 1/8" diameter and only
about 5/8" high. It does have a magnetic bottom, but that's not much help to
me, because there's nothing to mount it to in the front of the MH.
OK, when I got it, I uninstalled the Belkin Serial to USB ...

We checked into the KOA at Harpers Ferry and paid for 2 nights without
doing the math on the bill. Later the wife noticed that they had added
$5. for "early arrival" without sayig a word about it.. I had never
heard of early arrival fees till then.

How do you folks react toward campgrounds which screw up our well
practiced teamwork partnership of placing the RV on the campsite?
