More Battery Recharging Questions24 Dec 2005 03:12 GMT35
I'm still trying to learn the best way to recharge my HitchHiker batteries while
dry camping.  I have a new Yamaha EF1000isc generator, 1000 peak
watts.  I stopped into Wal-Mart today and saw a single Black & Decker
25/10/2 amp charger for $68.  Since my generator only puts out 8amp

Microwave. I have Googled till I'm blue in the face trying to find a

ordered from one company was cancelled since Samsung has stopped making

"In the White House, the president and his aides decided to step up
the rhetorical assault. On Saturday, Bush delivered a rare live radio
address in which he defended the domestic surveillance program as a

Back in the newsgroup23 Dec 2005 17:15 GMT12
As threatened, I'm back, at least in a minor way. Thanks to Bob Hatch
for asking. I have a used disk drive suitable for target practice. It
took a couple of days to get everything restored, and my workload was
such that I didn't dare com back here for a while <g>.

Would like to know if anyone here owns or have owned one of these Class "A"s. We
are thinking about going and taking a look at them and just wanted some thoughts
of what you like or do not like about them.
Thanks

President Bush Says..........23 Dec 2005 04:24 GMT1
"Any time you hear the United States government talking about wiretap,
it requires -- a wiretap requires a court order. Nothing has changed, by
the way. When we're talking about chasing down terrorists, we're talking
about getting a court order before we do so."
Is this one of those scams?23 Dec 2005 04:21 GMT44
I've had my fifth wheel for sale on rvonline.com for about 4 weeks. I've
heard cautions about people seemingly interested in your camper,
certified cashiers check, etc. and was told I should look out for them.
Is this one of those? To me it just doesn't sound normal at all.
Chicago Electric Inverter23 Dec 2005 04:18 GMT3
I know Harbor Freight sells a lot of junk but some things the price is so
good, I just have to buy it.
They have a 700 watt (1800 watt peak power) inverter that is normally
$139.99, on sale for $49.99.
RV transmission problems?22 Dec 2005 00:40 GMT7
Yes, it's been quite a while since I was here but thought I'd run this
by the resident experts. The RV is a 2002 Winnebago(not sure of model
or mileage yet) on a Ford E450 chassis w/Ford V-10 and auto
transmission. While coasting downhill, trans will occasionally shift

 HISTORY of BEER
The two most important events in all of history were the invention of
beer and the invention of the wheel. The wheel was invented to get man
to the beer. These were the foundation of modern civilization, and
Dead Ford 350 update20 Dec 2005 23:40 GMT18
For those that asked ....
Day 9 since death.  Dead Ford is still at dealership with parts of the
engine laying around on the floor. In fact, I think there are more parts on
the floor than what's left under the hood.
