Tallahassee, FL Elks Lodge22 Feb 2006 04:16 GMT16
Has anyone been to the Elks Lodge in Tallahassee, FL?
One thing mapping programs don't tell you is the quality of the
neighborhoods. How is Tallahassee at Magnolia Drive and 90?
Is the drive through Tallahassee on 90 bad enough that we should avoid
Towing with extended length Dodge Van22 Feb 2006 02:27 GMT22
I am considering purchasing a '97 Dodge Ram Maxi Wagon 3500, with a
5.9L engine, and 3.9 rear.  It is an extended length 15 passenger van,
and I am concerned with it's tow capacity.  I have a 29' Jayco, that
weighs 6000lbs loaded, and 540lbs tongue weight.  From looking at the

We are a family of 6 planning to go to Washington DC, from Arknasas,

Campground, see the Smithsonian, White House (if approved), capital
tour and see the major monuments.  Does anyone have any suggestions as
RVing's real men speak about  Bush and Cheney21 Feb 2006 17:21 GMT6
Well here are the quotes I got on this years ride to Snowbird Land.
The hackels went up on the back of my neck watching the WhiteHouse
propaganda machine roll into Tampa 2-17-06..to give a speech to
another handpicked and purged audience ala Pravda 1966.
Be careful here, please.21 Feb 2006 16:51 GMT31
Hi All U RVers,

ever been on so lets not ruin that reputation.
Too much OT: (off topic) Which strangely is mostly political stuff will ruin

Question: Campground noise standards21 Feb 2006 13:23 GMT11
Trying to find out what the noise level "standard" ( in db ) is for
gensets in campgrounds.
I believe there is a park service standard, but I can't locate a
source for that.

XM Radio?21 Feb 2006 05:36 GMT91
I've just completed a 4,000 mile week, much of the time spent listening
to XM radio. I've noticed that the commercial content has gone up
considerably in the past few months, to the point where it's beginning
to sound a lot like regular broadcast radio.

While at the repair shop the old style stainless steel framed camper mirror
on my '93 Chevy was cracked. (Naturally, the shop deny's all

campaigns are funded by big business. And big business gets what big
business wants. Big business wants globalization. How do you force
such an issue? You allow the borders to be overrun with illegals, a
