Rather than argue why or why not we should have an Arab company/country

On previous trips I found that with WiFi I could download e-mails into
Outlook Express, but could not upload replies.
Somebody (Neon John?) explained this nuisance and suggested a fix.
Anybody remember the solution?

    --Curious if anyone uses one of the smaller ones on their rigs to
charge batteries or whatever. I'm looking for what's small and affordable,
but weird and homebrew is also on the menu..

Where in OH are you located? We are going to be traveling across the
state this summer. Will be stopping near Dayton and near Cleveland. In
September we're heading to Van Wet (that's NOT a typo it always rains
there and RVs get stuck in the mud) for the Escapade.
