Any RV freeloader groups?25 Mar 2006 18:52 GMT46
I'm going to start a thread that I hope and pray (well, not pray, because
I'm agnostic) will not start a food fight. There is a web site called
freeloaders which matches people who travel with people who like to host for
overnight stays.  I'm wondering if there is such a site for ...
Safety and Mexico travel25 Mar 2006 05:33 GMT9
I'd love to spend three or four months in Mexico in my class A 36' diesel
pusher, but I hear horror tales of people who have been robbed, got watered
down diesel and other problems.  Can anyone recommend a place on the Mexican
Riviera that has reasonable RV accommodations? What ...

Toads W/Manual Transmissions/4 Down24 Mar 2006 22:23 GMT98
There is a lot of misinformation being passed around regarding towing vehicles
with manual transmissions.  I have already referred those who do not understand
even the basics of how a manual transmission works to this web site:

Waiting for tow braket for new car24 Mar 2006 20:37 GMT17
Well, this sucks. Decided on the car I want (2007 Toyota Yaris) so

blue ox since it requires a newly designed baseplate. Neither will say
when it will be available however blueox offered to give me a bracket
Stopping long posts with Agent24 Mar 2006 15:03 GMT98
I have my Agent (v 1.8, and no, I don't care to upgrade it) set to
download only those posts with less than 200 lines. This seems to work
fine and is especially when newbies try to post binaries here.
For a long post, Agent shows the header and the number of lines but does

Newbie question? P30 GMC 454 markIV timing pointer?23 Mar 2006 18:46 GMT11
I am a newbie here. I am trying to repair a 1985 Southwind for my parents.

pointer is on the lower drivers side (attached to the oil pan). The manual
says the pointer will be on the upper drivers side or ...
Need Dometic "guts"23 Mar 2006 18:07 GMT23
Anybody reading here have any favorite places (read: cheap) to get a
