We are retired and thinking about going "Full Time" as RVers. If we would sell our residence in MN, and not buy another residence, would we have to pay Capital Gains Tax ? If you know of a site that has has info on going Full Time as RVers,

| LED Flash Light | 27 May 2006 22:43 GMT | 23 |
I finally found a LED flash light that I liked for a reasonable price. I found it at Sam's Club. They were in a two pack for $25. They have a 1 1/4 watt LED and use 3 AAA batteries. You can see them at http://www.samsclub.com/shopping/navigate.do?dest=5&item=167770.

I have been interested in a trailer off and on for a few years now. We have a small piece of land on which we'd like to rough it before building a cottage, in 3-5 years we hope. I have a lead on a 22 ft 1968 Citation (sister of the Thor, I think) at

| Speaking of (RV) Movies... | 27 May 2006 17:13 GMT | 1 |
All the recent discussion of movies (e.g. "RV" - I give it 2.5 of 5 and "daVinci Code" - I give it 4 of 5) reminded me that I saw another RV movie recently: "The Long Long Trailer" starring Lucy and Desi. It was made about 50 years ago and personally, I thought it was funnier than

| Blue Highways | 27 May 2006 13:20 GMT | 2 |
Driving around the country alone (see the phenomenal book Blue Highways for proposed itinerary.) Need something to drive and sleep in, carry minimal food and clothing, and be as utterly reliable as possible (I'm totally repair-incapable). Decent gas mileage a major plus. Want to

| 12V compact fluoerscent bulb - ping Neon John | 27 May 2006 04:31 GMT | 33 |
I find that Camco/RV now makes a 12v compact fluorescent bulb for RVs. It is rated at 15W and has a standard screw base as found on 120v bulbs. It seems to emit a decent amount of light after a short warmup of about 1 minute. The claimed light output is equivalent to a 60W

| Too Short For Prison | 26 May 2006 07:51 GMT | 2 |
It seems like a joke, but it is not. A Nebraska judge sentenced a man to probation for sexually assaulting a child because she thought that at 5'1" he was too short to go to prison because he might have a hard time there.
