| Sleep at Hotel, RV Park, in RV, or in Children's Home when visiting? | 02 Sep 2006 11:21 GMT | 25 |
When visiting your adult kids do you stay at a hotel? Or do you stay in their home? If you stay in their home, do you stay in the Master Bedroom or in the grandkids rooms or the fold out couch (assuming no guest room)?

| Newbie Camping Weekend & Some Questions (Long) | 02 Sep 2006 02:02 GMT | 106 |
Decided we'd spend the weekend camping (OK.... Jim W. RV'ing). We left Scarborough around 2:00pm on the Friday and arrived in Campbellford at a quarter to four... that's when the trouble started. Someone had parked a huge semi-trailer at an angle across the storage

I would recommend contacting a mount manufacturer such as Peerless www.peerlessmounts.com. or 800-865-2112. I am sure the customer care experts would be able to recommend a solution for this application.

| Lubrication | 02 Sep 2006 01:46 GMT | 13 |
I guess before I head out to Fort Davis in a coupla hours I should lube my FW hitch. I seemed to have lost my manual on it. It's a Reese 18K tilt head. I assume I use a silicon base spray and spray all the shiny steel parts. I already had the transmission and rear end ...

| Faux Fall | 02 Sep 2006 01:40 GMT | 39 |
8/31/06 I don't know what is going on here. But I like it. Texas has been a furnace all summer long. Going outside was like pushing your way into warm wet cotton candy.

| Oh Black Water | 02 Sep 2006 01:22 GMT | 54 |
If we go for a short (2-day overnight) dry-camp and then plan to return home and then to do another one the weekend (or two weekends) after should we dump the black water always after the first one, considering it's been used but content is very low? I thought I read something ...

| Ping Hunter: Airstream Rally | 01 Sep 2006 21:47 GMT | 1 |
It seems I'll be serving supper to a bunch of Airstreamers Saturday night, there's a rally here (Almonte, Ontario, Canada) on the banks of the beautiful Mississippi river. I belong to the Civitan club and we are catering the event, I've been pegged

| RV Stereo Upgrade? | 01 Sep 2006 18:14 GMT | 21 |
Our Sunnybrook 5er came with a 12V radio/CD player that has the world's worst radio. They replaced the radio, the new one was just as bad, the antenna was broken as well, but when they fixed it there was no difference. The CD player is OK. Cheap junk, I wrote a letter to the
