Tailgate Sealers31 Oct 2006 21:35 GMT2
Has anyone ever tried a tailgate sealer? I have a brochure from Trail
Seal which looks like it would work pretty good for keeping dust out
of the truck bed. It would be nice not to have to rinse the dust off
of all those beer cans.

The good news is my friend had only minor injuries and no one else was

The bad news is that the wrecking yard will not let him get his things from
the vehicle (a cargo van) and the wreck occurred hundreds of miles from

Our southern neighbour is building a fence between our countries and I
don't feel particularly welcome there anymore.

2000 Holiday Rambler Admiral - Electric Water Heater
The heater had always been fine until this weekend.  The light on the switch
lites up but the heater does not heat.  I will check the breakers, but have
not yet since I just got home.
I've been busy30 Oct 2006 20:44 GMT29
Once again, I'm trying to figure out how I ever had time to work. Got to our
lot on Sept, 20. Since that time we've made the trip to Las Vegas, a trip to
Tucson, 2 shopping trips to Gilbert, and several trips to Casa Grande.
The sewer connection to all the lots here are at the ...

RV power cable voltage drop info30 Oct 2006 00:51 GMT4
If have put together some charts on the voltage drop in various sizes
and length sof cables used to feed RV's that some may find usefull.
Feel free to use them. One note, they are based on a 2 wire circuit
for loss (line in and out) so a 25 foot cable is really a 50 foot wire
Has anyone sold or bought their RV off eBay?30 Oct 2006 00:43 GMT7
I'm curious.  I have listed our diesel pusher locally, using RV Traders Online, in the FMCA magazine and now I have it up for sale on eBay.  I have my fingers crossed.  I'm just curious if any of you out there have had any luck buying or selling.  Thanks!  DonnaB
Stupid Camp Fire Games?29 Oct 2006 17:21 GMT16
I know most of you full timers refuse to call what you do "Camping"...but
come on...you must have sat around a camp fire and played those stupid games
at some point in your life.  I'm thinking about the one where everyone sits
in a circle around the fire pit.  One camper/full ...
Rolling resistance29 Oct 2006 14:42 GMT12
I recall recently being called a jackass and worse for defending the
idea the rolling resistance of rail cars is so small that a train
could be kept moving on level track by a "1/2 horsepower washing
machine motor".
