Have just acquired '99 F250 with factory installed 7 pin RV electrical
receptacle. Included is pin designated for charging RV batteries.
Question - shouldn't the RV battery charging pin be 'hot' [12V] with
the ignition switch on?

Took the RV out for the last trip this year.  Deer hunting in Ruby Mountains
of Northeastern Nevada.  Parked in an RV park so I had full hook-ups.  Used

I have a 1986 Travel Craft 25 ft class C.  The breaker between the external
120 VAC input and the AC to DC power converter has tripped and I can't find
