Satellite TV Local Stations08 Apr 2007 16:29 GMT1
Are we seeing the beginning of the end of rules limiting local TV stations
available to satellite subscribers?
A pending bill in congress would exempt Oklahoma residents from rules that
keep satellite carriers from offering in-state channels to customers who

Generator oil Onan Microquiet08 Apr 2007 04:44 GMT42
I've got a Onan Microquiet 4000.  After looking all over this thing, I
can't find a oil filter so I guess its like a lawn mower? Kinda scary.
Anyway, what grade oil am I supposed to run in this thing?  I see most
people using straight 30.  In an automobile that would be suicide.
RV Living in Las Vegas?07 Apr 2007 23:28 GMT6
I live in Tucson but recently accepted a job assignment that will require I
live in Las Vegas for about two weeks a month for the next three to five
years.  My primary home (and wife!) will remain in Tucson and I'll return
from Las Vegas to Tucson the periods I not in Las Vegas.
More DirecTV Blues-I may have posted wrong info07 Apr 2007 20:32 GMT49
I was playing with the new DirecTV receiver today and went to find where
I would put in the zip codes to get the coordinates. No place for zip
codes. One can input latitude and longitude, but no zip codes. Not a
lot of help  if one doesn't have a GPS.
Bryce Canyon & Zion in April?07 Apr 2007 04:26 GMT7
My husband & I are planning our April trip from Tucson, AZ back to our
summer home in CT. Ed will be attending a Dometic seminar in Las Vegas
on March 30. From there, we could take I-40 east. But I wonder what
Utah, specifically Bryce Canyon and Zion Nat. Parks, might be like to
Delamination07 Apr 2007 00:15 GMT22
I'm seriously considering the purchase of a 1993 Jayco Mini Class C
Motorhome. It has everything that the wife and I are looking for. It
shows just great except for one thing. There is an area about 2 foot by
2 foot on the rear exterior flat panel that is delaminated. It is not
Help with DTV REceiver07 Apr 2007 00:11 GMT30
We had a day of Baseball and TV hysteria here on Wednesday.
It appears that Dish has lost MLB Extra Innings. DH needs his baseball.
Skip to the bottom for the question. The middle is just my unhappiness
with DTV.
RV 200706 Apr 2007 19:25 GMT22
I just stumbled on this show in time to see a Teton fiver...
$187,000.00 list price.
Granite counters...
What must it weigh?
Out of state reciprocity06 Apr 2007 17:54 GMT116
It has been stated in another thread that if you are legal vehicle
combination in one state, you are also legal in another state so long
as you are on the Interstate highway. I can find no confirmation of
this in the law. Quite to the contrary, I found evidence to refute
A PNWCO UPDATE, MAY 4TH & 5TH06 Apr 2007 15:24 GMT13
Still not to late to join the fun next month for the next PNWCO May 4th &
5th at Grayland Beach State Park in Beautiful Washington State. It's the
13th Pacific Northwest Campout. The 13th fabulous time we've gotten together
to lie to each other about our great gas mileage, tire ...
Solar Bursts May Threaten GPS06 Apr 2007 03:51 GMT15
This isn't supposed to happen for several years, at least as far as we
know now, but I suppose this news reminds us of the importance of
back-up systems/maps.

Wouldn't this be nice ?06 Apr 2007 02:05 GMT53
John Thune, a Senator from ND has a bill pending that "would make it
possible for every state's concealed-carry permit to be recognized by all
other states, much like states recognize other states driver's licenses".
When you get bored with your GPS05 Apr 2007 23:37 GMT18
Something new to do when you get bored with Geocaching, traveling
around without getting lost and other such mundane GPS activities.
