Another fire story.07 May 2007 20:26 GMT16
Gas truck crashed and burned in the Macarthur maze on I-80 this morning in
Oakland.  The busiest freeway interchange in the world.  I-80, I-580, and
I-880 merging together.  Part of interchange collapsed.  San Francisco to
Berkekey is the only direction open.  Wonder how long ...

Greensburg Kansas - Gone07 May 2007 16:52 GMT13
According to all three Wichita TV stations, who are on continuous broadcast,
Greenburg coasted to exist as it was at 9:45 pm last evening.  The tornado
left a destruction field ranging from 1 to 1-1/2 miles wide for nearly 80
miles through the center of Kansas.  At least nine ...

Tire Comments07 May 2007 06:18 GMT19
I'd appreciate a bit of advice on trailer tires.
My original equipment tires are Goodyear Marathons - they've seen
34000 miles over 6 years.  Never had any problems but it's time to
replace them. I'd heard that Carlisle is a major supplier of both

Hey everybody, don't forget the Pacific Northwest Campout is next weekend
May 4th & 5th! Looks like the usual band of suspects will be camping
together again plus any NEWBIES out there who are close enough to Greyland
State park in Washington state. It's on the Pacific Coast ...
Red Apple campground in Kennebunkport, Maine06 May 2007 21:45 GMT5
Thanks for all of the advice we got on places to go -- when we looked
at what is 'on the water' and read some of the reviews, decided to re-
think priorities, and realized that we want something peaceful,
pleasant and within a day's drive of places we like to visit.  So

The 2007 summer camping season has begun at Living Forest Oceanside RV

winter, but the Living Forest construction staff has worked feverishly
through the wet and chilly season building another 40 premium

Visit with Hunter05 May 2007 06:33 GMT10
I just spent a very pleasant 3 hours at Hunter and Patty's farm.  I came
home demanding that my wife develop the home improvement skills that Hunter
displays in her Airstream and the house.  I'm sleeping in the Laze Daze for
the next week.

Google Groups?05 May 2007 04:58 GMT3
I've been away from reading this group via GoogleGroups for a while.

search on "battery charger" (without the quotes) and there is nothing
returned earlier than 02/02/2007?

I have two battery banks in my boat (maybe this should be labled OT since

bank is used for the trolling motor and has two 12 volt deep cycle batteries
(can't remember which group).  The other bank is for ...
