road information concerning that area of Colorado. Am planning a fall trip

Does anyone have a tutorial for using the new  DTV receiver. I got a
good signal on my little signal squeeler but the screen showed it was on
transponders 28 and 32 or something like that. I could not get to any
place on the screen that would show a picture.

Compressor will start and run for about 3-4 minutes then kick off.
Problem started after being in a campground with 108 volt supply.
