1999 Geirgie Boy Pursuit, 35ft w/ v10 - Purschase, thoughts14 May 2007 18:22 GMT25
Sorry group, but I would like some feedback on a Georgie Boy we are
looking at.  Any general thoughts?  I know it is entry level and we
are ok with that.  Based on some research, we have ruled out the Pace
Arrow but are still thinking about the Itasca.  Again, any feedback

Sealing the floor of a trailer14 May 2007 02:43 GMT1
My toy hauler has a 3/4" plywood floor. The bottom side is painted with some
sort of black sealer. Near the rear of the trailer this coating is failing.
Any ideas what would be a good sealer to paint it with?

Failing Trailer Brakes13 May 2007 19:59 GMT8
I am planning to have a close look at my trailer brakes this weekend.
I suspect the lining is down to minimums. When this happens do the
electric actuaters tend to shut down as well? It is acting like an
electrical problem possibly related to worn down brake lining. On
Itasca Suncruiser vs Fleetwood Pace Arrow - Purchase13 May 2007 17:42 GMT11
I am new to this group. My family is considering our first RV. We have
narrowed it down to a 1999 Itasca Suncruiser (37 foot) w/ v10 and a
1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow (35 foot) w/ 8 cyl. We like both units
equally but are leaning towards the Itasca based on the fact it has a
Truck size13 May 2007 15:43 GMT23
If we would move our 31-foot fifth wheel, it would only be a few
miles, maybe 5 or 10.  We have a Ford Ranger, 1999.  How large a truck
would we need to move it those few miles.  Also, is the battery
charging while it is plugged into AC current or do we need to hook up
AC unit difficult to replace?13 May 2007 15:03 GMT60
Eating a little crow here.
I have 2 Coleman AC units, non ducted on top of the Class A. A low
voltage CG (Thanks, KOA) did one of them in.
My fix with a start capacitor helped, but did not solve the issue on
AC fan replacement13 May 2007 13:22 GMT1
Any easy way to replace the blower fan on the Roof top?  How do you
get to the cold air part of the unit?
Can you use any roof top unit with an existing Ducted RV?
Thanks,

I know this has been discussed here before, but I don't know if there
was a definitive answer, or just guesses...
The other day when firing up the grill, I was having difficulty
getting it to light, and heard an unusual sound.  Looking at the

Re: terrorist plots12 May 2007 17:43 GMT6
"Max" wrote in message...... This can't possible be true. A terrorist plot
against Fort Dix has been foiled. A terrorist plot in Germany has been
foiled. But, wait, some people insist that the reason we have our military
tied up  in Iraq is to keep this sort of thing from ...
San Diego cracks down on RVers in parks12 May 2007 14:51 GMT1
The city of San Diego is cracking down on RVers who park all day on Shelter
Island depriving non-RVers of prime parking spots. San Diego has a high
population of people living full time in their RV and they move around from
neighborhood to neighborhood, park to park, without paying ...
