AC Tripping the Breaker13 Aug 2007 01:54 GMT15
I have a Fleetwood Westlake with an AC on top.  Recently, the AC
started tripping the breaker box after running for a while.  I was
able to prevent this by turning the temperature down which means it's
not cooling to the temperature I'd like.
My Wooden Gate Problem13 Aug 2007 01:53 GMT12
After having a new patio wall built, I decided that I would build my
own Southwestern style gates.
One opening is 3' wide and the other is 4'.  I decided to build the
three-footer first to work out the kinks and then build 2 two-footers

Thanks to those who recommended this for cleaning the upholstery.
WOW!  DH is just finishing the carpet.  He did sofa and chair, and I
couldn't believe what came out.  Don't ask.  But it is nice and clean
now, and no more odor (the previous owners must have been HEAVY

I was just looking through some of my photos and found this image of Belle,
a working dog, that you might enjoy. I took her "portrait" in 2005 in the NE
Oregon mountain ghost town of Cornucopia.

Stopping advice?10 Aug 2007 20:19 GMT34
My travel into the USA by vehicle has been basically non-existant  in
my 48 years on this earth. Given the value of the Canadian dollar being
better than what it was, we are taking a late season (Sept) week off and are
going to see Mt Rushmore. We are leaving Regina ...
Working in Yellowstone, long.10 Aug 2007 19:30 GMT23
Don Murray asked, so here it is.
All the concessions and lodging in Yellowstone, and for that matter, most of
the larger National Parks are managed by concessionaires. In the case of
Yellowstone, there are 2. Xanterra, and Yellowstone Stores.

Walt Whitman vs Ben Franklin bridge ??10 Aug 2007 14:04 GMT2
Will be driving a 29' motorhome plus toad headed east thru Philly
enroute to Cape May.  In the past I've always taken the Walt Whitman
bridge and thought it would be the logical choice.  But all 3 major
map sources (Map Quest, Map Blast, & MSN) favor the Ben Franklin

I'm curious what the min and max height of various class C motorhome is.
I ask this because sometimes ferry costs vary *greatly* depending on the
height of the rig.
TIA.

Battery /Electrical Question09 Aug 2007 21:46 GMT6
I have a 1965 shasta trailer with a 15amp circuit running two
interior lights when connected to street power. I also have a battery

inexpensive solution that will allow me to connect the inverter to
