| Traveling solo (opposite of sharing MH) | 09 Sep 2007 21:24 GMT | 3 |
Wife isn't interested in traveling at all. She would rather play in her garden. I'll be going maybe a total of 30 days a year. I've looked around but don't find a trailer floorplan what suits me. I would like a bathroom where I don't have to shave with one foot in the

Is it possible to visit the Bisti Wilderness and the Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks with a 25ft Class RV? I want to go at April or May. Is it allowed to stay overnight at the trailheads or near of them. I know rental companies don’t allow driving on unpaved roads. But if

I just got back from GM dealer. Was looking at a 2008 Duramax. He asked me about what I was pulling and I told him I weighed it at 17k with truck attached. Figured it was a 12k trailer...give or take. I did not have the ticket with me and my memory was probably faded. But ...

A few people, Will for one I think, has made the conversion to a regular home type frig, in their Class B's, and maybe other classes. How valid is the following story as to credability or possibility? We were discussing the alternatives to repair or replacement of a Dometic

| Mapping preferences for FL turnpike | 07 Sep 2007 19:37 GMT | 81 |
Looking forward to our first time snowbirding with a MH and am puzzled why mapping services (AAA, Map Quest, Yahoo, MSN, etc) all seem to favor the Florida Turnpike over parallel route I-95. What am I missing?

My inverter was used last weekend. When started it charged the batteries on the fifth wheel just fine and ran lights, etc. However when I tried to run the microwave it bogged down. The book said to turn off the inverter and restart it. This took several tries before the ...
