When trying to run my camper's AC with a generator it kicks the
breaker just after a few seconds.  I can plug it into a household
outlet and the AC runs fine.  I have tried up to a 5000 watt generator
with same results.  I see much smaller generators running camper's AC

We have the US Gear braking system in the MH and my toad, an Alero.
How easily and cheaply can this system be removed, especially from
the Alero? Could a removed system be resold if we can't get right
price for MH?

What's a good state in which to register a 1982 travel trailer? I have a
bill of sale showing a chain of ownership that hasn't been notarized at
any link in the chain. It's never been registered. There's never been
any title on it.

Well, we "Got 'r' Done" at last!  The new phone system is installed in

Has anyone had their RV inspected by Hoover Dam officials before crossing
the dam?  I went to http://www.usbr.gov/lc/hooverdam/crossingguide.pdf
but all they say is that RVs "may cross Hoover Dam, if they can be inspected
easily and completely".  What has been your experience?  Do ...

When boondocking for a week or more, it is necessary to refill our 50 gal
freshwater tank.  I've done that 7 gallons at a time using water bottles
