An Actual RV Question Posted On The Political Channel (aka RORT)10 Oct 2007 05:31 GMT24
We just bought a Fleetwood Pioneer 18CK travel trailer (22' 2") and it
only has one battery up front mounted on the hitch.  I would prefer a
little more reserve and I think I know how to solve the problem but
wanted to run it by the experts first.
Strange Park in Bakersfield10 Oct 2007 03:19 GMT7
We just stayed at the new River Run RV Park in Bakersfield.  It is a
beautifully-laid out facility.  Each site has a lawn and concrete patio.
Lots of pull throughs, and the pedestals are really neat  --  fiberglass,
with a site light on the top.
Wannabe, Part II09 Oct 2007 22:17 GMT4
Hi ...
Thanks for the suggestions and explanations.  It also was nice to notice
that this is a feisty group.  Reminds me of some of the flame wars we
used to enjoy on my old sailing site <g>.
Instering Problem - It's always the batteries09 Oct 2007 22:13 GMT1
Since this is an RV newsgroup, not a political rally, gay forum (Hunter), I
thought I would relate to you an interesting problem I had and the solution,
which at the time eluded me until a friend found a tidbit on another forum.
Since my work required me to have a CDL in years ...

Do they make any jacks that are sturdy enough so you can use the camper
while it is sitting only on the jacks ?
The spindly looking jacks I have seen would never hold up to the shaking
caused by people moving inside.
Chuck Woodbury's RV Traveler Newsletter09 Oct 2007 15:12 GMT1
Does anyone know what happened to this newsletter? I've been reading
it every weekend for a couple of years and have its URL on my
favorites list. Yesterday, after a minute or so with no response, I
got switched to Google Search, which found the same URL I've been
OT~~~Missing Hunter, The Hot Babe Of My Dreams!09 Oct 2007 10:07 GMT1
I realize that Hunter, God's gift to all men on this Earth, Queen of
the RORT newsgroup and the wet dream of all Republicans, has probably
filtered me out since a few weeks ago she told me to auto-copulate
(which I didn't think was really very nice but I now forgive her)---I
Towing a car09 Oct 2007 03:38 GMT4
We just talked to our Toyota dealer and it said we can only use a Tow
Dolly.  Wow!  They are expensive.  $1395.  Anywhere to buy one less
expensive.  We have a 31 foot Itasca and Toyota corolla.  We do have a
car trailer, but I imagine it would be to heavy with everything
Lonely and gay.  Let's meat!08 Oct 2007 15:52 GMT7
I have a sales job that allows me to travel all over the U.S., mostly
in a medium sized RV.   I am currently on a southern swing.  My
home is in the far north (ND) and I am dreading the long cold
winter.   Okay, I'll be frank and up front with this:  my anus has

We're off the mountain, and down where it's warm, well, warmer than it was
in YNP.
We left FBRV at 9:00 am on Monday. Drove out the West Gate with plans to
stop in Rexburg, ID, but it was just too darn early to stop, so we drive on.

While I'm waiting on a response from Dometic, I thought I may as well
ask here. email to Dometic describing the problem was:

OT~~You Gringos Give Up On Trying To Fence Us Out?07 Oct 2007 19:18 GMT2
Haven't heard much about that dumbass gringo border fence lately.  Did
you pendejos decide it was a losing battle trying to keep the superior
brown race from moving in and taking over your country?
Men like myself, the Hot Burrito #1, are still crossing that no-fence
