Pre purchase fifth wheel inspection26 Oct 2007 23:07 GMT29
I'm looking at possibly purchasing a fifth wheel that is on a dealers
lot.  I called the dealer to see how much they would charge to do a
pre-purchase inspection as it would expedite the situation for me.
The service guy quoted me $1,500 to $2,000, depending on how far into

My wife and I are planning an Alaska RV tour for 2008.  One of the
companies that we are looking at is Creative World Travel, who does a
48 day "Heart of Alaska Tour".
Has anyone done this tour or no anything about this company.  All info
Type II Diabetes26 Oct 2007 19:39 GMT4
Reading about other postings on this disease, I thought I'd weigh in
with what little I know about it.
I've kicked Type II and I did it with Diet, the drugs I took to gain
quick control over blood sugar are long gone.

The windshield....26 Oct 2007 01:03 GMT1
Well, my motorhome is back in the storage lot with a new windshield on
the passenger side.
I didn't have nearly the angst and heartbreak Cliff had though.  When we
arrived in SV, I e-mailed my agent and told her my tale of woe about the
Lazy Daze and Born Free motorhomes26 Oct 2007 00:33 GMT1
In a thread a few days ago, the scarcity of these was discussed. I
have seen them from time to time on Craig's List. Weren't any listed
locally at the time so I didn't comment. This morning, this one was on
the list.
Ping -  Don Lampson.25 Oct 2007 22:27 GMT2
Hi Don, Hey, your webtv email account has been down since Sunday.  I sent
you an email Sunday and every morning I get a return email saying that my

This is the error I get:
Ping: Matt Colie RE- GPS Map25 Oct 2007 17:52 GMT2
Hey, Matt
I've purchased a Garmin handheld GPSmap 60CS and am getting familiar with
it. It did come with the PC-UPS cable. I haven't purchased any of the maps
yet, because I wanted to check to see what you would recommend. I guess you

RORT Charter25 Oct 2007 13:31 GMT43
Does anyone know of a web site that has the RORT charter on it? Also
does anyone know if the charter prohibits OT posts? The reason for
this request is my newsgroup provider has locked me out for what they
say is OT post violations. It doesn't matter to them that everyone

Good Sam overload...are we the ONLY ones complaining?25 Oct 2007 02:04 GMT20
DH made another call to Good Sam to say STOP the deluge of junk mail.
I have tried yet again to get them to stop e-mailing me.  Are we the
only ones that think Good Sam prices might reflect the high cost of
advertising, mailing emailing, etc.?  Has anyone got them to stop
Storage and level Q25 Oct 2007 01:40 GMT3
While I am well aware of the leveling requirements for the fridge in

Does it matter if the fridge is level when not operational and in
storage for the winter? I would like to have it off level for storage
