Did the google thing on this to try and find a definition...Tried a few things like 'Relies on Rural transportation"...but that would be insulting to RV'ers...what could it stand for

I have always just kept the frig running through the winter. But I know that is an escape from what is supposed to be done. I haven't done any thing else for so many years that I don't know what is the best thing to do. Any body have any suggestions?

We will be going to the Rio Grande Valley soon, and we go over to a border town, I went to the Post Office to get our passport's, and was told that they had extended the date until summer of 08. Does anyone know about this???
