Formaldehyde in Travel Trailers22 Feb 2008 13:31 GMT62
Why is it that formaldehyde in travel trailers are so toxic to Katrina
survivors who received, for FREE, brand new travel trailers from FEMA,
but not so toxic to the general public who actually PURCHASE brand new
travel trailers?

Just lost a rear wheel cover off my 2005 Itasca MH on a Workhorse W22

Does anyone know where I can get a single replacement. Camping World will
only sell a four piece set.

Building a New Rig...Again21 Feb 2008 23:59 GMT12
Seems like less than two years ago I was going through this process.
Wait.  It WAS less than two years ago!   :)
I bought a new hitch.  A Reese 20,000 lb like I had before.  I figure
to go with what works.  The old one certainly proved itself, but I

6 seater toad vehicle choices21 Feb 2008 14:57 GMT4
I'm looking for suggestions on a vehicle that can seat 6, gets gas
mileage at least above 20, and can be flat towed, or reasonably
cheaply modified to be flat towed.
I am not partial to the Saturn Outlook, which is the only one I could
Folding step fix21 Feb 2008 08:00 GMT1
When we pick a campsite here in Florida we like to pick one with a
concrete pad if possible. Usually this presents a problem with the
steps. Our trailer has the three step unit which has the last step just
off the ground and results in the lowest step hitting the pad. This made
Music on the road21 Feb 2008 02:31 GMT9
Hey Guys,
I read the other day where some of you are using LIMEWIRE to listen to
music on your 'puters.
I found it and installed it...works fine. Now I've tried to copy
6-volt Golf Cart batteries20 Feb 2008 19:11 GMT15
Last week I was trying to decide whether I should check the water in my
batteries, or just replace them. I made the right decision.
I bought these batteries in October of 04, in Las Vegas, from Sam's
Club. I put 4 of them in our Motor home. In June of 05, when we got the
Advice on music downloads20 Feb 2008 18:23 GMT156
Advice, please: I'm a newbie at downloading music files and need some
direction.
I'm not interested in illegal file-sharing or any form of copyright
violation -- I'm perfectly willing and able to pay for the music. I just
Carriage DOMANI 5th wheel20 Feb 2008 12:08 GMT6
Has anyone seen the new Domani RV?  We went out to a dealer to see a
truck camper and drove past this gorgeous new fiver.  Went in to look
around, but didn't like the floor plan - you cannot have access to the
bathroom unless the slide is opened.  But when we got home, I looked
The old 6V versus 12V Question Resurrected19 Feb 2008 06:01 GMT6
OK, I went to the Trojan site and looked at golf cart batteries per
Stan's post in another thread:

They have a 12V and three 6V in their Plus line.  All comparable
Repairing the Water Heater19 Feb 2008 06:00 GMT2
Took the 5th wheel out for the first time in 5 months.  (It's not easy
getting the wife out of the new house & neighborhood.)  Drove 95 miles
south to Patagonia Lake SP near Nogales, AZ.  Huddled in the trailer
while it was snowing outside on Friday.  Finished one book and then
Class A towing a utility trailer question!19 Feb 2008 04:37 GMT27
I have a 35' Airstream class A diesel that I've owned for about a year
so am still a bit of a newbie.  I'm an artist and will be traveling
around the west to some Art Fairs.  I'd like to get a utility trailer
to haul my booth and artwork behind my Airstream, something like a 6 x
