My father has a Verizon phone, and Verizon EVDO for his laptop.  He's

My cousin sent me this story.  I can't vouch it, but I thought
you might get a grin out of it.  Okay, you deer hunters, how
likely is this?

Magellan Maestro 4050 GPS for $249?05 Mar 2008 22:55 GMT1
Can anyone tell me why I should NOT buy a Magellan Maestro 4050 GPS for
$249?  I would like an MP3 player for audio books but I can get by with
what I use now.

ACK!!!!    GLOBAL WARMING RUN AMUCK!05 Mar 2008 17:35 GMT44
It hit 81 degrees a little while ago.
Someone call Algore and have him put this in his notebook.
That low hitting the CA coast has caused high winds from the
southwest and really brought the heat.

RVing Weather Experiences are NOT RVing Weather Rules05 Mar 2008 07:09 GMT6
I just drove twenty miles in moderate rain.  The ground was frozen as it
had been for the last many hours.  The outside temperature was and is
twenty eight degrees.
There was no ice.

Here it is...

It should fit in most RV's. My only concern would be the palpable lack
of luggage space.

Anybody heard any rumors of when that new-fangled "Tweel" might become
available?

be available for light trucks & such...
If you are a serious bicyclist  --  RIP Sheldon Brown04 Mar 2008 19:29 GMT2
Many of us carry bicycles on our RVs.  Some are serious.  Those RVers
will be saddened at this month's issue of Adventure Cyclist which
reports the death of Sheldon Brown.  In that issue they claim Sheldon
had the highest signal to noise ratio of anyone on the Internet.  I know
satellite Tv in RV04 Mar 2008 14:59 GMT56
Hi again, helpful folks.

cost less than $200. I also have read articles where people take their
satellite receivers from home and put then in their RVs.
