Rodents & Flexible Propane Lines18 Apr 2008 05:30 GMT11
I have an auxiliary propane tanks I use in colder weather when
consumption is higher due to heating use.  Today I found the flexible
line that goes from the tank to my "extend-a-stay" connection gnawed
through.  Obvious teeth marks!
Scooters18 Apr 2008 03:44 GMT3
In planning for a Southwest trip, it occurred to me that a scooter carried
on the 2" receiver could be handy.  Any experience out there?  I would want
one fit for two.
Myrtle Beach last minute request18 Apr 2008 02:02 GMT1
Wow, did May sneak up on me.!!! I'm having thoughts of going to Myrtle Beach
Bike week and it's only a few weeks away. Procrastinating over income taxes
doesn't help. Doing this instead of Sturgis this year.
I'm wondering if there are any American Legions or Elks Lodges within a
New Rig - Part 218 Apr 2008 01:47 GMT11
Picked up the new 5er today.  So far, just a very few cosmetic things
that need to be fixed by the dealer.
Very stable towing on the 100 mile trip home.  I kept the max speed
down to 60 MPH and got about 12 MPG.

Generators for 5th Wheel17 Apr 2008 04:32 GMT45
I'm thinking about getting two 1000W Yamaha generators, then linking
them in Parallel to occasionally run the A/C when not plugged in.  I
believe my new 5th Wheel has a 13K BTU A/C, so I'm thinking that the
two gen deal ought to work for that purpose.
RV/Motorhome 50 Amp Replacement Receptacle17 Apr 2008 00:21 GMT12
Darn another RV Question (grin)
I have a TRC Surge Guard 50 amp and the female receptacle appears
flaky, contacts are heavily corroded and it appears to have over
heated from a poor contacts.  I need to replace the female end.  Has

Garmin 7200 GPS w/ BIG 7" Screen16 Apr 2008 20:24 GMT1
The 7200 Street Pilot has been out for like 2 1/2 years.
Big sucker meant for RVs, busses and big trucks etc.
Helluva unit! Plenty of bells and whistles.
But the original MSRP was like $1600 and they were selling

Got mine today.  Due to interruptions of my wifi it took me a while to get
the download but when I tested it on a long distance call, it sounded like
regular landline.
