New Toy!  Sprint USB Air Card....19 May 2008 20:08 GMT26
#2 son and wife just arrived and brought me a big box containing a
device smaller than my thumb.  The new Sprint Sierra "Compass" 597.
Plugged it in and it shows an 80% signal inside the motorhome here at
the farm.  Seems mighty fast.  I'll do some speed tests later.

Sorry I took so long. Here's the pictures of the converter although
there's not much to it:
The first one shows the grill under the fridge. That little unit on

TOADS19 May 2008 06:42 GMT5
Another thread and the cost of fuel has me thinking about towing
behind my small C.  I understand automatic transmissions do not
respond well to being towed and was pleasantly surprised to see that
some have a modification available.  I assume if they have a mod they
Ford Fuel Pump19 May 2008 06:36 GMT4
About three  weeks ago I posted about the fuel pump in my MH on a 91 Ford
F53 chassis.  A quick recap.  3 or 4 times over the past 3 years  the engine
has died.  Symptoms the same:  hot outside, hard driving.  Engine acts like
it's vapor-locked.  If it sits for a period (several ...
'flushing' the system? Please define19 May 2008 00:08 GMT15
Ok, we bought a used WW almost a year ago. We take it out about 1
weekend a month. Last weekend we noticed the toilet water was cloudy,
so I decide to 'flush the system'. the owners manual didn't tell me
much, so I did some research here. basically, I emptied all the fresh
Toilet missing parts18 May 2008 23:13 GMT3
I purchased a 1974 Southpark 16' camper this spring.  The toilet
appears to be missing a part.  There is a water hose coming through
the wall but is not attached to anything.  There is also a pipe that
comes out of the top of the toilet and has a short piece of rubber
A trip to Cody18 May 2008 23:10 GMT24
Yesterday we drove to Cody for groceries. It's a 76 mile trip that took over
2 hours.
Still lots of snow on the way up to Sylvan Pass, but the roads are clear and
the grade down to the East Gate was re-paved last year, so it's a smooth

Global Warming17 May 2008 00:56 GMT78
For the globull warming advocates, take note that as I sit here in
Holbrook in a slight drizzle, I see it snowed 5"+ in Flagstaff, AZ
today.  I believe this is the latest measureable snow ever in Flag,
and it might snow in Holbrook tonight.  Normal temp for the date is in
